QuickBooks 2008

I was testing the QuickBooks import facility and installed QuickBooks 2008 Pro. Wow now I have a modern Core 2 duo laptop with couple of gigs of memory and it took over 15 mins to install. Then to run it took a further couple of mins to load. Then the setup wizard ran, I have never seen so many options and so slow. This was so painful.
